Hi, my name’s Kate and I love hair. Not in a creepy “hair sniffing” kind of way, more like I love DOING hair – colouring, cutting, styling, transforming. If you know me, you know that hair is my life. 

Hair and I have been going strong for a solid 16 years now. It’s my longest relationship (sorry to my husband Jake, but it’s true). I am a trained hairdressed, specalising in colour but my passion has always been styling. Throughout my time in the industry, I’ve been lucky enough to work on many major fashion campaigns around Australia and consequently on the hair of some pretty noteworthy people including, Megan Gale, Gamble Breaux, Zoe Barnard and Georgia May Jagger.

I’ve been working as a freelance hairdresser for the last 7 and a half years. I specialising wedding and event styling (which you can read more about here). 

I am creative, yet meticulous. I work with you to achieve the look you want or create one that’s totally unique to you. My goal is to make sure that you leave me feeling like the best version of yourself. Every. Single. Time. Your hair = my daily walking signature. Amazing, envy inducing and maintainable hair that stays that way until we next meet again is my end game.
