2. Bookings & Appointments

Bookings can be made via our website or email, and are confirmed only once you receive written or electronic confirmation from us.

A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Details will be provided at the time of booking.

Prices listed on our website are indicative. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of your appointment, depending on hair length, thickness, and any additional services.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
General Appointments

We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

No-shows without prior notice will forfeit any deposit paid.

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time or a full refund of any deposit paid.

Refunds for services already rendered will not be provided, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Wedding & Bridal Bookings

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your bridal hair booking. This deposit reserves your wedding date exclusively for you.

If you choose to cancel or reschedule your wedding booking for any reason, your booking deposit will be forfeited. This is due to the loss of other bookings that may have been declined for that date.

In the unlikely event that Kate Lily Dressing Hair must cancel your wedding booking due to extreme or unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to find a suitable replacement stylist on your behalf and/or issue a full refund of your deposit
4. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a re-do, refund, or other remedy if our services are not of acceptable quality or are not provided with due care and skill. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the ACL.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kate Lily Dressing Hair is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount paid. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions where you have not disclosed a known allergy or sensitivity prior to your appointment.
